Find the message on screen, then try the fix.

On screenMicrophone blocked. Allow it by the web address.Allow the mic for this site, by the web address. Then tap Try again.
On screenNo sound. Check your microphone.Check the mic is on and plugged in. Pick another one under Microphone.
On screenToo quiet. Move closer.Move closer to the mic, or turn it up.
On screenSound but no words. Try headphones.Try headphones, or a quieter room.
On screenMutedOpen More and switch Microphone on.
