Download or delete your data
Take your child's data, or delete it, at any time.
- On your child's page, open Manage, then Privacy.
- Tap Download data. The file is usually ready in 15 minutes, and kept for a week.
- Tap Remove to delete a child's account, progress and replays for good.
- A removed child is deleted within 30 days.
- To delete it all, open Settings and tap Delete my account.
- Adults and teens can tap Delete my data in their own settings.
