I can't hear Helio

First, check the sound is up on your device.

Turn up the volume. Check the sound isn't going to other headphones.
On screenTap to startTap it. A browser waits for a tap before it plays sound.
On screenHelio's voice is not working. Read along on the screen.Read the words on screen for now. Helio says when its voice is back.
To see the words, open More and turn on Captions.
